Do you also somtimes have troubles with your wake up routine? Do you also have somethings that you want to change? 🤟
I for example want to reduce the display time (Laptop, TV, mobile) before going to sleep as it can really distract my mind from resting. 🧠
Also I want to get up earlier in the morning to feel more refreshed when i start into the day. 😎

Time before the sun rises is known as the Creator's Time. Apart from the fact that I am creating this special time to take care of myself, it is also the most beneficial time to meditate and manifest changes in life.
So going to sleep the day before I think of all the great things I will do after waking up 🤩. This is the only time in a day for grounding, caring and nourishing of mind and body and it lays the foundation for a positive mindset and a positive start of the day. 💪💪💪💪

It doesn't mean though I haven't failed in following through daily. But the intention and trying counts with the objective is to make it work in the long-term 👍

@Liron P. I also love to sleep. I also would love to do it earlier. 😁 Especially in the winter, if I want to see the sun, I need get up early in order to make the most of the daylight.
@Jonas 🙌 and @Ewelina Janus , what motivates you to get up early? I try to have a time for a really nice breakfast with my favorite music/radio show/book. To have that, I even get up earlier than I have to 😄
