Our mind is like a computer. It’s been programmed since the day of our conception. All sorts of good and bad get saved over the years. And like any computer your mind can be reprogrammed! 🤩 How would you get rid of negative stuff, that is just too heavy and is slowing you down in your beautiful life? Do you have a feeling of just being tired of being tired? Instead, you would like to feel light and empowered? When you have a thought, your body gets a physical reaction - your thought is very powerful. Your thoughts impact your beautiful life. So it is very important to pay attention to the thoughts going through our minds. How do you get rid of the negative thinking that often turns into a habit, that in fact becomes the new ‘normal’? Would you like to get rid of an undesired feeling or behaviour? Your beliefs control your feelings. Your feelings control your thinking. And your thinking controls your actions. If you want to change any behaviour or feeling, it starts by changing your beliefs. But your beliefs are often not conscious. They are subconscious. And many people try to change on a conscious level. It doesn’t work unless there is a change at a subconscious level. You can change your behaviour or habits by changing your beliefs.
